Over the course of his career, Joe has operated at the intersection of strategy, operations, innovation, and governance. He spent 28 years in senior leadership roles with Danaher BeckmanCoulter before leading commercial operations for Quest Diagnostics, one of the world’s largest diagnostic information services organizations. He later served as Senior Vice President and Chief Transformation & Innovation Officer for Atlantic Health System, helping guide enterprise-wide transformation initiatives in one of the nation’s leading integrated health systems.

Beyond executive leadership, Joe has served extensively at the board level. His experience includes service as Chair of Providence St. Joseph Hoag Health, Chair of the California Hospital Association Governance Forum, Trustee of the American Hospital Association, and board leadership roles with QuidelOrtho, Providence Health, and the TGR Foundation (Tiger Woods Foundation).

Today, Joe advises CEOs, governing boards, and leadership teams navigating periods of change, helping organizations move beyond intention and toward disciplined execution, sound governance, and lasting transformation.

Along the way, he has remained committed to developing future leaders, advancing healthcare equity, strengthening governance practices, and supporting organizations whose decisions shape the lives of the communities they serve.
